9. spiritual evolution based on a consensus upward mobility degree system; (using trust, skills, wisdom, knowledge, etc. as ways of defining the degree system).

These are our four foundational council agreements:

1. Start with a short silent period before speaking
2. Everyone given equal uninterrupted 3 minute speaking rotations.
3. Division into groups of 12 or less council speakers.
4. Decisions and actions based on unanimous agreement.

A permaculture fruit and vegetable orchard plus a few small private shelters and community shelters are situated on one acre of land at 800 feet elevation. Another wild two acres nearby at 5000 feet elevation have recently been added for various purposes like growing mainland fruits, additional shelters, underground meditation, fasting, etc.

We are looking to attract and create a small core group of stable, self-reliant, charismatic, grounded, country farmer style spiritual pioneers as a supportive role model or example that grows and divides like a cell into supportive splinter pods or families. Our simple but fair and powerful unique council format guarantees freedom from control, co-dependency, and domination for all those ready and responsible enough to get seriously involved.
